The International HOLINESS College of Apostles,Bishops And Overseers, is a Distinguished group of Men and Women who are Gifted, intelligent and persons of Integrity. Deuteronomy 7:6. Men and Women, whom God thru his Holy Ghost has called out from among them, Ephesians 4:11-12 to pray, teach, prophesy and Legislate Kingdom of Heaven ministry here on Earth in these Last Days of the Church Age, ll Timothy 3:1. Men and Women whose lives adorn the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Who have been proved thru the fiery trials of life. 1st Peter 4:12-19, and are manifesting the GOLD (Faith) in their Daily walk with God. Genesis 5:22-24. The MANDATE of I.H.C.A.B.&O, is to reach the lost at all cost, perfect the Saints for the work of the Ministry, and to bring all Saints into the UNITY of the FAITH.
